Provide companionship, ADL support (bathing, dressing, mobility), light housekeeping, and errands.
Document visits and communicate changes to the office.
Reliable transportation required; mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Nice to have: CNA/HHA/STNA or 6+ months related experience.
